Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
unused and unworn
unwashed
in original packaging
with all tags and protective seals intact
free of any signs of use, damage, perfume, cosmetics, or deodorant marks
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Hygiene & Intimate Products
For hygiene and health protection reasons, thongs, underwear, and intimate garments are non-returnable once the protective seal or hygiene liner has been removed.
If the seal is intact and the product has not been tried on directly on skin, a return may be accepted after inspection.
We recommend trying items over personal underwear.
Return Procedure

Return instructions will be provided by email.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned goods are received and inspected.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, the customer bears the direct cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or model, subject to stock availability.
Customers must contact us before sending any items back.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
