An item may be returned or exchanged if it still has all original labels, has not been worn or washed, and was only tried on over personal underwear for hygiene purposes. It must be returned in its original packaging and condition to the following address:

The outer packaging is kept completely neutral; deliveries are sent in plain, bubble mailer envelopes without any logos or markings that could reveal the contents.

If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted, the shipping service provider will leave a notice informing you of the delivery attempt. This notice will specify:

  • the date of the next delivery attempt, or
  • that the package has been handed over to a nearby third party (such as a neighbor or caretaker) against signature, or
  • information about the package being held at a distribution center, where you can collect it by presenting your ID.

All shipments are registered and require the signature upon delivery.

We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping on all orders delivered to the United States. This means all customs duties, import taxes, and fees are fully covered by us — no additional charges upon delivery, just a seamless shopping experience.

For orders within the European Union VAT zone, prices include the VAT applicable in the destination country.
For deliveries outside the EU, prices are shown excluding VAT, as the buyer is responsible for paying any taxes or customs duties upon import in their own country.

If a seam stitch breaks, it’s important to repair it promptly by hand.

Our garments are sewn using chain stitching to maintain the elasticity of the fabric. However, please note that while this method offers flexibility, it also means that if one stitch breaks, the entire seam may begin to unravel. A quick hand-stitch will help prevent further damage.

For best results, hand wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C.
Do not tumble dry or iron under any circumstances.
Alternatively, you may machine wash your strings using a delicate cycle (max. 30°C) if placed in a separate laundry bag.
Avoid using fabric softener, as it can damage the delicate materials and embellishments.
These care instructions are especially important for pieces from the Luxury Collection, which feature fine lace, embroidery, and original Preciosa crystals.
Proper washing helps preserve both the luxurious fabric and the delicate embellishments, ensuring your lingerie remains as stunning as the day you received it.

Chlorine, saltwater, and sweat can weaken the elastane fibers in your bikini over time. To keep your bikini in top condition, follow these care tips:

  • Rinse your bikini with clean water immediately after swimming to remove any chlorine or salt.
  • Hand wash your bikini in cold or lukewarm water (max 30°C) using a mild detergent. You can also machine wash it on a delicate cycle inside a laundry bag.
  • It can damage the elastic fibers, so skip it completely.
  • Lay flat to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry or iron, as high heat can ruin the material.

With the right care, your bikini will stay beautiful and elastic for many seasons.
