How do I join or unsubscribe from the loyalty program?
Joining is automatic! You can join the loyalty programme on this page by clicking the "Join now" button, through the different steps in your shopping bag, or by creating a main SHbikini account. Whenever you log into your store account, you can immediately view your points, rewards, and VIP status on your account page, the loyalty page, and inside the widget. You can unsubscribe at any time from the SHbikini Club section in your My Account area if you no longer wish to enjoy your exclusive benefits. Once you unsubscribe, you will have 30 days to change your mind. After this period, your accumulated points, perks, and VIP status will be permanently deleted. Unsubscribing from the loyalty program does not affect your standard SHbikini store account — you can continue to shop as usual.
Is the loyalty programme free?
Yes, the Shbikini Club loyalty programme is completely free and with no purchase obligation.
How do I earn points?
Simply join the SHbikini Club loyalty programme and place an order on our website. As a base member, 1 € spent = 1 point earned. All products are eligible for earning points, including items on sale and special promotions. As you accumulate points, you will unlock exclusive benefits, complete challenges, and reach higher VIP tiers — allowing you to earn even more points per purchase based on your multiplier. You can also boost your balance by completing quick actions inside the SHbikini Club widget, such as adding your birthday, following us on Instagram, facebook or signing up for our newsletter.
Where can I find my status?
Simply log in to your account and go to the My Account section under SHbikini Club. Your current balance, tier status, and available rewards will be displayed automatically.
What are pending points?
Your loyalty points are earned only after your order has been delivered. Once your package is successfully delivered, the points will be added to your balance. If you decide to return any items, the corresponding points for those items will be deducted from your account.
What happens if I return an item?
If you make a return, the points associated with the returned items will be deducted. However, you will still earn the points for any items from the same order that you decide to keep.
When do my points expire?
Your loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. After this period, any unused points will automatically expire. For example: If you earn 200 points on January 1, 2026, and another 50 points on February 15, 2026, with no subsequent purchases, your balance on January 2, 2027, will be 50 points. On February 16, 2027, your balance will reset to 0 points.
Are there purchases or costs that do not earn points?
Points are earned only on the net value of physical products purchased with a standard payment method. Shipping fees, taxes, and purchases made using gift cards or reward vouchers do not earn points.
How does the Birthday Reward work?
You can enter your birthday once in the SHbikini Club . As a thank-you for sharing your date, you will instantly receive 20 points. After that, you will automatically receive 10 points every year on your birthday to celebrate with us!
What if I forgot to log in to my account before placing an order?
To earn points, you must be logged into your SHbikini account at checkout. Points are automatically tracked via the email address connected to your account and cannot be added retroactively to guest orders.
How do the VIP Tiers work in SHbikini Club?
As you shop at SHbikini, your cumulative spending unlocks higher VIP Tiers. Moving up a tier grants you faster points accumulation and immediate entry rewards:
Silver (From €150 spend): Earn 1.2x points (20% bonus) + 50 entry points.
Gold (From €400 spend): Earn 1.5x points (50% bonus) + 100 entry points & 10% off discount.
Platinum (From €800 spend): Earn 2.0x points (100% bonus / double points) + 200 entry points & 15% off discount.
How long does my VIP tier status last?
Once you unlock a new VIP tier, you will retain that status for a full 12 months. To maintain your tier for another year or to upgrade to the next one, simply reach the required spending threshold within that 12-month period.
Can I use my loyalty points alongside other discount codes?
If your loyalty reward generates a discount code, only one code can be applied per order (they cannot be stacked with other promo codes). However, if we are running an automatic storewide sale that doesn't require a coupon code at checkout, your loyalty reward code can be used together with that discount!
Does using a rewards discount make my order a final sale?
No! Using your SHbikini Club loyalty discount does not affect our standard return policy. You can still return your items. Please note that if a refund is processed, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
